AN IMPORTANT DECISION
Sydney, this day. The Wesleyan Conference cama to au important decision in regard to finance. It was resolved that in future all circuit grants ba prospective. Circuits and sustenance society, efficiencies, and special help funds aro to bo capitalised, and tho amount covered by a special loan from the bequset fund. The object ia to romovo the debt from many circuits, which are so burdened as to pravonls future accumulation of funds. This now scheme v/ill throw upon each minister the responsibility of his own term olgiucjumbency in any circuit.
