TURKS DEFEATED AT ZEITOUN,

The Consuls ab Zeitoun report that seven attacks made on the town were all repulsed with immense loss. Turkey has arranged a loan of thirty million francs. Berlin, February 3. The Germans are exulting over their success in thwarting the efforts of England ; to bring the Sultan to book for the outrage in Armenia. Washington, February 3. The United Sbatss Government has demanded a hundred thousand dollars indemnity for wreckage of missions ab Marush and Kharpub.
