The Union Company s steamer Upolu left lasS evening for Fiji. Last evening tho schooner Medora sailed for Ohora and Awanui. Shortly after midnight the R.M.s. Alameda sailed for Sydney. To-day the schooner Gisborne cleared ab tho Customs for Tiinara via Thames. Ihe s.s. Ovalau, from this porb and Toaga, arrived ab Apia on January 25th. Thei departure of the S., S. and A. steamer Gothic from Wellington for London, has bs9n postponed until Saturday, February Bth. Oh Monday the brigantine Anthons cieara ab the Cuatome for Kaipara, where ghe ships timber for a West Australian porb. The R. M.c. Alameda, which arrived yesterday afternoon from America, reported passing a barque steering east at 5 a.m. on January 31sfc. The barque Chas. G. Rice was expected to sail from New York for Wellington and Auckland on January 11th. Freights from New York to Now Zealand aria unchanged-
