INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY CONFISCATED. THE KAISER'S TELEGRAM CONDEMNED BY GERMANS. Pretoria, January 21. The remainder of Jameson's people started for Durban, where they embarked on the P. and O. Company's steamer Victoria. Twenty - three of the principal political prisoners, including Rhodes, have not received bail. It is intended only to confiscate individual property. The Germans at Fort Salisbury condemned the Emperor of Germany's telegram to Kruger.
