Snowy (Newmarket).—Six clockists timed TRoberts' 440 yds hurdle record on the Domainthe times returned being 60secs by three watches, CO 1-lOth by a fourth, and 61seca by tlio other two. The N.Z.A.A. Association passed the record at 61secs, which constitutes a world1* record. Roberts' time in the 140 yards hurdle championship at Christchurch on Saturday last was returned at 61socs, which equals the world's record held by himself.
