Sir, —Would you kindly insert the following in your valuable impression, for information required by those bricklayers who placed their names on the Bureau list, why their applications havo beon ignored, and that private selections have been made contrary to instructions of the Minister of Public Workn, who intended that all persona in each claas of labour who were oufc of employment, by placing their names on the Bureau liet, ehoulci take their chances by ballot without favour.—l am, etc., John James Hunter.
