London, November 10. There is a general decline ou the Exchange owing bo disturbing Eastern rumours. Consols aro 105=}. Colonial stock fell \ per cent. Mining investments are neglected.
In sheepskins there is poor competition. Merinos are id and crossbreds par to a id lower.
Tallow, medium mufceon, 21s 3d ; beef, 21m 9d.
The English, wheab market! has declined Qd ; the Continental is dull ; the American declining and weak.
