Ab the Warden's Court to-day, the case of James MacGregor and J. H. Harrison, in connection with the Last Chance Holding at Ohui, was settled out of Courts
A protection was granted for th 9 May Queen Company, and for the St. Hippo special claim, which is now included in that Company's property. The following applications were granted :—Thomas Lawless, Globe Holding ; A. Piummer, residence site, Tapu ; F. ,). Smith, residence site, Mata; John Wilson, residence site, Tararu ; John Bowler, six months protection, Cumberland special claim ; T. Marlow, four months protection for Mount Zeehan Holding, Vv'aionjo. Other applications, of which tnere wero a largo number, were adjourned,
