heavily. Captain Morae hariog resigned, Captain K. Van Oterendorp, who will be remembered as commander of the Zealandia when she was engaged on the A. and A. route, has command. Of the passage trom America, Mr J. B. Sutton. the purser, to whom we are indebted for files, reports that the steamer lefb San Francisco on October 17tb. made a five houra 1 stay ab Honolulu on the 24th ulb., and anchored off Apia on tho afternoon of the 31st; eailed for Auckland at 5 p.m. of the same date, and made porfc as above. The A'ameda resumed her voyage for Sydney shortly after four this morning.
