Mr Wm. O'Brien ia on a stumping tour in Kerry South, on behalf of Farroll, ono of tho candidates for the scab vacated by Mr Kilbridge. Ho gives astounding revelations of Healy's conduct, and declares that when Mr Gladstone introduced his Homo Rule Bill, Healy wished tho Irish party to leave tho House, because he said the measure was a swindle. Healy and Arthur O'Connor have left London to assist Murphy, tho other candidate.
