Wellington, this day. The Board of Examiners report on the designs for tho now stamps, that no complete eeb being uniformly of the greakest merit, they havo decided to divide the firsb and pecond prizes among the designers of the best 22 drawings, in addition to which a third series was selected for honourable mention. Tho awards are as follows, bhe third representing honourable mention :— W. R. Bock, Wellington, 3 first, 2 second, and 2 third ; E. T. Luke, Melbourne, 2 firsb, 3 second; J. Grant, Wellington, 2 first, 1 second, 4 third ; H. W. Young, Auckland, 2 firsb, 1 second ; E. Howardj Melbourne, 3 second; A. W. Jone. Christchorch, 1 first, 2 third; A. E*. Cousins, Wellington, 1 first 1 third ; F. Lears, Welliugtou, 1 second, 1 third ; R* R. Macgregor, Wellington, 1 third.
