London, August 15. In the House of Commons, Mr Balfour said they would confine the session to Government business.
Mr Tanner enquired what measures the Uoverament intended to take to prevent the further murder of missionaries in Uiina, to which Mr Balfour made no reply. lwo hundred amendments to the address were given notice of, but they are not likely to be moved.
The '• Daily News " says the Speaker considers it will be sufficient if Mr Davitfe, who was elected for both Mayo and East Kerry, cables which seat he chooses to sit tor.
