Onehunga v. St. John's.—Onehunga won by 24 poinbs (six tries, one goal from a try and a goal from the field) to nil. Sir. Mark's v. Moont, Albert.—The former won by three points to nil. St. Patrick's v. Tabernacle.—This match resulted in a drawn game, neither, side scoring. Alexandra v. St. Benedict's.—Alexandra had an eaay win by 6 points (2 tries) to nil. OTHER MATCHES. Pbince Albert College v. Grammar School A;— The former won by 11 points to 3; For the winners tries were obbained by.F. Winstone, Burton and Gray, and one was converted by Gray. The losers' try was obtained by McEwin. Manukau v. Waiuku.—The Manukau football team (consisting mainly of players from bhe Suburbs 111., who are winners of the Second Junior Cup), journeyed to Waiuku on Saturday morning last by the 8.8; Weka, and played the local fifteen at BarribaH'e Paddock. After a fairly good game the visitors proved victorious by 14 points to nil.

All Saints 11. v. Northern.—All Sainta (playing three meu short) defeated Northern by 15 to nil, tries being obtained by Rylance, Merritt and Stephenson, and one was converted by Hughes, who also kicked a goal from the field.

A match waß played ab Pakuranga on Saturday, between Pakuranga and Wairoa, j and resulted in a win for Wairoa by 11 poinbs to nil. The Pakuranga team were very unfortunate in having two of bheir men disabled during the firab spell. In bhe evening the visitors were entertained at a scridke concert in the Pakuranga Hall. Railway Employees Traffic•; v. Locomotives.—This match, played at Ellerslie, resulted in an easy win for the Traffic by 37 points to six, Poland and Buchanan being responsible for five tries each and Boyce one. All the winning backs played Bplendidly, and for the forwards Buchanan, Frost, Brodie, Kelly and McDonald played well;_ Heasley, Higgins (2), Sargenb, and Laurie played good games for the losers. During the game Higgins unfortunately received a slighb dislocation of the shoulder. Mr Hancock gave every satisfaction with bhe whistle. x COUNTRY FOOTBALL. Kumeu v. HELENsviLLE^The Kumeu football team visited Helensvtlle on Saburday, and were entertained at dinner at Mr Lundon's Kaipara Hotel. They olayed a foobball match with the Helensvflle Club, during the afternoon. A very heavy wind caused bhe Kumeus to be forced down a lob during the first spell, but during the second spall they had all the beßt of the game, and after a brilliant run J. Roberts scored a try for Kumeu, which waa nob converted. Kumeu continued to pross their opponenta till within a minute of the call of time, when M. O'Brien gob acroas the line ab the corner flag and scored a try for Helonsville. Tho game thus ended in a draw. Kumeu intend to win next time they go to Helenavilla,

The representative practice matchea arranged by the Wairoa Rugby Union were continued last Saturday, when a very faßb and intereating game reaulted in a win for the "A" team by 8 points to 5. The Selection Committee meb after the match and chose the following players to play against Auckland, Thames and Waikato : — Full-back, T. Elliott ; threequarters, W. Harrison, Lionel Kibching and F. Butland ; halves, E. Phelan and A. Smith ; forwards, Woollam, C. and F. Molloy, F. Barker, Len. Kibching, J. F. Smith, G. Nield, J. Baker and Nelson. Emergencies : Backs, A. Johnston, H. Phelan ; forwards, Dunn and E. Harrison.

A final tesb match is to be played at Dargaville. The following team has been choßen to meet the reps. :—McKay, full ; Hauraki, F. Walker, J. Brown, threequarters; Chamberß and H.
