Callnan, .l.P.'s) Drunkenness.—Jane Goldsmith, an old offender, charged with drunkenness, was sentenced to 14 daye' imprisonment.

Stealing a Macintosh.—Robert Collier pleaded guilty bo stealing one macintosh coat of the value of £2, the property of James Lindsay. —Sergeant Gamble stilted that accused took the coat from Mr Lindsay's shop, in Wollesloy-sbreeb, and sold it to another second-hand dealer in Victoriastreet.—Accused was sontencod to three months' im prison men i with hard labour.

Hesketh, ior defendant, naked for an adjournment till Friday nexb.~Mr Graham, on bohalf of the prosecution, stated that when the caso was last called on boforo Mr Bush, an adjournmonfc was granted on condition thab the building would nob bo interfered with in bho meantime..
