This morning ab the Police Courb, before Mr'll..S.. Bush, S.M., Chaa. Gilmbur was charged that on the 6th of July, at Auck" land, he did unlawfully oxocubea transfer of certain shares, to wit, shares in the KapaiVoijmonbG.M. Company,' in which transfer the name of the purchaser of the eoid shares was not written in ink ab the time of thVexecution thereof. ■■' M rMahony pleaded "guilty bri '.behalf' of defendant!.
