This morning ab the Police Courb, before Mr'll..S.. Bush, S.M., Chaa. Gilmbur was charged that on the 6th of July, at Auck" land, he did unlawfully oxocubea transfer of certain shares, to wit, shares in the KapaiVoijmonbG.M.
