• A meeting of the shareholders of the Mount £yell Company endorsed the action of the directors in issuing worth of 6 pev.cent. debentures, with a view to developing the Company,, the debentures to rank as a first charge on the property. A section of the shareholders had previously refused to endorse the issue.
