The shareholders in Nelson's Company have confirmed the proposal to sell the English premises and business to a Co-operative Company for £225,000, ■in ordinary seven percent, shares, or £45,000to£50,000cash. Mr Nelson will hold.a proportion of ordinary shares for a number of years, when provision will be made to transfer, a proportion of shares to other consignors. The prospectus of the Co-operative Company will be issued about July 20th. A strong Advisory Board will be constituted in New Zealand and Australia. Tho capital is already under* written. . . . ■
