London, March 28,
Mr J. H. Dalziel, member for Kirkcaldy, has given notice in the House of Commons to move a resolution granting a legislature in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and England control of domestic affairs. The Daily Chronicle states that Irish members and the Governmenb party will support the motion.
