Cassel Gold Extracting Co.—The return for the four weeks ending, the 13th instant from the Waihi tailings treated by the above company, was as follows, 1440 tons treated : l.OOOozs bullion recovered, value £1,257.

About 35 feet has-been driven on the reef. It still maintains its size1 and is being taken out the full width.
