The annual meeting of shareholders in the Cambria CM. Company was held this afternoon in the New Zealand. Insurance Rooms, when Mr G. S. Kissling presided. The directors reporb atated that! the receipts for the year totalled £4,143 10a 3d of which £319 17a 9d was balance lasb year, £2,150 8s 9d gold won from minb; by crushings, £1,4631656 d ; bank-overdraft, £209 7s 3d. The disbursements were : VVageß, £1,499 6s 3d : general charges, including mino requisites, £809 17s 8d; battery wages and charges;- £1,834 6'i sd. The -Chairman,; in moving the adoption of the report, said the indebtedness was £330. Thab did nob include the crushing reported this morning, s-ay £150, which would leave a debt of £180. Meßsrs T. Dickey and W. S. Wilson were ro-eleotod directors, and Mr G. A. Buttle was appointed auditor.
