OPENING TONIGHT.

Fob sometime past the united mission of the Rev. John McNeill and;Mr J. H. Burke has been looked forward to with great interesb. The great evangelisb and his co-adjutor arrived ab the Manukau in the s.s. Mahinapua to - day, and' were duly welcomed by the two Secretaries of the mission (Mr Brakenrig and the Rev. R. Sommerville) and Mr W. H. Smith. The first mission takes place in the City Hall to-night. A large choir, numbering 100 to 150, cinder the leaderehip of Mr Jas. Culpan, will be present, ,
