From obher evidence ib waa learned that Granb~was riding upon a load of straw, •whan'he was thrown upon the road by one of the horses bolting. He was placed in a baggy belonging, to Mr Walters and convoyad for treatment ab bhe Hospital, but diaej.upon the way. The jury returned a CTatdict of accidental death. Dr. Bewes said he was called to see deceased and found him lying upon the Greab Sooth: Road near Manurewa. Tho body WMpold ajid in complete collapse, caused by.cbncdatfion-of the brain. He ordered, Grant to be taken to the Hospital, as there waa no one to take charge of him ab home. Ha died upon the way, near Penrose Junction';"' '" ~--.-..
