MISSING FRIENDS.

The following inquiries for missing friend 8 are from '"Lloyd's Journal" of October 14th :-

Frederick Pendock Harris left England 10 years ago, and was lasb heard of in Timaru, N.Z., in 1887. Fabher longs for news.

James Brown, of Salthouse, Norfolk, left London in April, 1888 ; last heard of from Foxton, New Zealand. Parenbe ask.

Mrs George Knowlton—Martha Brooks, lefb England in 1882; last heard of in 1883 from Carterton, Wairarapa, Wellington, N.Z. Sister Mary asks.

George Tibbs and hia wife Susan left London about 1870, and were last heard from on arriving eafely at Christchurch, New Zealand. Hia aged mother (now in her 84bh year) would bo thankful for any news.
