Berlin, October 17.
The German press is making violent attacks on England on the ground that ib secretly entertains designs of annexing Delagoa and the country northwards. Two cruisers will reinforce the German-African squadron. . Capetown, October 17. Johannesberg and Pretoria are raising forcos to relieve Lorenzo Marquez, French and ©erman warships are expected to arrive in Delaeoa Bay shortly.
