COMMERCIAL.
Messrs Buckland and Sons held a very successful cattle sale at their Remuera yarda yesterday, the attendance being large and competition, keen. About 1,100 head of cattle were auctioned, Mr A. Buckland, senior, conducting tho sale. Big cattle were eagerly sought after. Grown steers ranged from £5 to £6 7s Cd, and turea-year-old ateera from £4 to £5. Two-yaar-old steora realised from £2 103 to £3 10s, while yearlings broughb £1 15a to £2 sa, and strong calves ranged from £1 5s to £1 10s.
