London, October 3. Mr Jas. Huddart has purchased bhe Union Caps Company's steamship Anglian for the trade between Australia and Now Zsaland. Shs sails nexb weok. Tho. Anglian is an iron screw ssteanier of tho following dimensions : Length, 314 ft; breadih, 35fb Sin; depth, 26ft 4iu ; tionnaeo, 2,159. She was built in March, 1373, by Aitken and Mauae], of Glasgow.
