, London, September 24. The Japanese Government refuse to pay an indemnity in connection with the Kow Shing incident, and state they were justified in sinking the vessel. ' Tokio, September 25. A special session of the Japanese Parliament has been summoned to meet at Hiroshima. ;■-•."
