THE VICTORIAN MINISTRY. Melbourne, September 22. The Patterson Governmenb have decided to bender their resignations on the return of Governor Hopetoun from Sydney.. It is understood thab mosb of the members of the late Shiela Ministry waive their claims to office, bnt ibis expected that the Hon. A. Deacon, Hon. W. Shiels, and Mr J. A. Isaacs will be included in the new Minisbry.
