Trustees Act.—ln the matber of The Trustees Acb, 1883, and its amendments, and of the will of James Keeys (deceased): Motion on petition for directions as to notice of creditors.—Mr Babtley appeared in support of bhe motion. —His Honor granted the order asked for, claims to be sent in within one month after the appearance of lasb advertisement in Auckland Star and "Herald."
Executors' Accounts.— Ri John Slabtbr (deceased) : Motion to pass executors' accounts,-and to fix and allow commission. —Mr Clayton appeared in eupporb,of bhe motion, which was referred to the Registrar for a report. Sweetman v. McMurray (foreign judgment) : Summons to show cause why execution should notiesue.— At Mr Tunks' request, bhe application was allowed to stand over until Friday. .Lunatics Act. —Me The Lunatics Acb, 1882, and of James ' Barr, of Kauaeranga, Thames, engineer.—This was a motion for an order directing the Bank of New South Woles, Thameß, to pay to Elizabebh Renwick the sum of £312 13a lOd, mooieß belonging to James Barr, to be applied to maintenance and benefit of lunatic—Mr Cooper appeared in supporb of, the motien, —Order made as prayed.

Re James Whitelaw, of Kamo, storekeeper, a bankrupt.—Mr McAiißter moved on behalf of the Official Assignee for advice and directions as bo whebher bhe Official Assignee should be justified in giving to the Bank of New Zealand and the Bank of New Zealand Officers' Guarantee and Providenb Association a guarantee to the amount of aboub £700. realised assebs in Whikelaw's estate againsb any loss which might arise to them in consideration of their postponing the sale of the real estate of the bankrupt under mortgage to bhem to a more suitable time, and offering the same in separate lots. Mr McAliater explained thab the lands Were in and absub the Kamo district and they were mortgaged to the Bank y and Guarantee Associatidn for thesnm.of ; £6,593. .If the blocks 'Trere pub up 'to auction"' ib brie lob they would nob fetch so much as if pub up separately.. Ib was thoughb thab if the blbcks'Wwieipubiibp'ieeparabely';they would fetch more than the amount of the mortgagee, and there would be a balance in favour of tbe estate. Tho committee of creditors had passed a resolution approving of the matter.—His Honor said the Officiaj Assignee would be. justified in.giving^a guarantee bo'the extent of the funds in hand, and made an order accordingly..'
