(BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION;). Palmerston North, this d&y. A crosscountry rider namßd Sidney Cleaver, 24 years of age, met with a fatal accident yesterday morning on the Palmorston racecourse. ThehorseMangatangaraa, while being schooled over hurdles, struck heavily, rolled over the hurdles and then on Cleaver, the rider, who died half-&n\-hour afterwards from the result of internal, injuries. His parents reside at Wesb Oxford, Canterbury.
