MAGISTRATE'S COURT.-(THIS DAY.)
(Before H. W. Northcroffc, Esq., S.M.j Bbain v. Lupton.—Claim for £13 19a, alleged to be duo to the plaintiff under an order of the Court made on the 24th of July, 1884.—Mr Brassey appeared for the defendant. The defendant, ib was shown, had filed \ his declaration of insolvency shortly after the order was made, and the plaintiff had proved for the amount of his claim for wages due to him, under the debtor's bankruptcy. The plaintiff now applied for an order on some money due to the defendant by the Newmarket; Borough Council under a confcracb. Mr Brassey pointed out that as bhe defendant was atill a bankrupt, any. moneys which came into the possession of the defendant were recoverable from the debtor only by the Official Asaigßee.--The ewe was dismissed.
