Napier, this day-' John Restal was brought up ab the caur this morning on remand and charged with attempting to murder ten employee^ ab Patoka station by administering poiEan.
The evidence of Mr Sanderson, manager of the station, was partially takeo wben the further hearing was adjourried till Monday, as Mr Skey, Governmenb Aualyst, had omitted to bringf certain bottles necessary in the case with him from Wellington.
