The " Financial News " expects the New South Wales loan will be amply covered ab 1J above par, quite sufficient to meet the entire expenses of the issue. The colony reappears as a borrower under welcome circumstances, as it does nob add to its debt, and reduces the cosb of services. Owing to the Hhorbnesß of New Soubh Wales stock brokers expect the loan will be covered four times over.
