PURCHASED BY PASHAS,
Cairo, September 16. Two of the Pashas charged with purchasing Soudanese slave girls were acquitted, and ono was sentenced to six months' imprison* meat. Brigadier-General Kitchener has confirmed the sentence, bub not bhe acquittals, holding bhab bhe latter was against the weight of evidence. Cherif Pasha will be tried separately, he alleging thab he iB an Italian subject.
