Christchtjrch, this day. The annual meeting of the N.Z. Cyclists' Alliance was held on Friday night: Tbe report (stated that fifteen clubs were now affiliated: The balance sheet showed a credib balance of £1 6s sd, after allowing for all liabilities, and was adopted. The election of officers resulted as follows:— President, W. H. Wynn Williams ; VicePresidents, the Presidents of affiliated Cluba ; Secretary, Mr J. C. Cusack; Treasurer, Mr W. B. Eyre; Auditor, Mr T. C. M. Rallinßhaw: Executive, Mr E. A. Esgland, bhe SSecrebary and bhe Treasurer. Sbandards *for bbc season were considerably reduced. The Championship Meeting waa given to Napier. The Wanderers' rules were albered bo permib six members of one club acting as delegates ; thab in all roadster races the minimum weights of machines be 301b, oxclusive of extras; to annually assign the Now Zealand Championship to such clubs as the Alliance may deem advisable ; to allow a delegate acting as proxy for one other Club; to permib pacemakers in championship and other scratch races exceeding one mile; bo provide for the disqualification of clubs neglecting bo carry bub decisions and instructions of the General Committee ; ana prevonting from compebibion any person under suspension by the Athletic Association, Swimming Association, or any recognised Amateur Athletic, Cycling or Swimming Association.
