... this day, I The Hon. Robert Harb, M.L.C., died yesterday. He was 80 years of age, and bad; been 51 yoare in Wellington. Be had been ailing for somo time, and was nob able ta , be,present in his placo in the Council thia . session. In'hits younger days he was a well-known barrister and eolicitor, and for years was principal member of the firm 0?" Hart and Buckley (now Sir. Patrick). In 1354 he was elected member for Wellington*, in the fireb Parliament held in Auckland, and in 1872 was called to the Upper House; Ho was one of the oldest Freemaeons in the colony. ? _■ The House, on meeting to-night, willai once adjourn in consequence of the Hon. Hart's death.
