Wanganui, tffis day. i The robbery is reported from Coady's Aramoho Hotel of a sum of sixty pounds, mostly in silver, gold, notee. The money had been placed in a bedroom, both being loked, so fch,at skeleton keys must have been used. Three deaths were reported yesterday, two of them settlers forty years in the colony, viz., Mr-Daniel Wilkie, of Waitotara, acid Mr John Malone, of Wanganui. The other was Mrs Hugh Ramson, aged 82. Wellington, this day. A man named Healy, lately messenger at the Pier Hotel, who was seized by a tit) at the funeral of his employer, died in the Hospital last night. DtfNEDiN, this day. The local police have arrested Arthur P. Brewer, a young man wanted in Sydney on a charge of embezzlement. A dwelling-house and furniture, belonging to Wm. Jenkins, at Arrowtown, has been destroyed by fire. Tho loes is estimated at £400. The dwelling and furniture are partially injured in the Liverpool, London and Zealand Offices.
