London, July 11. The Bank of New Zealand directors sag gesb that they should bo allowed to issue £100 stock instead of shares. The Chairman, Mr Glyn, saya the action of the Government strengthens the position of the Bank in England. The/Times" says thab the success of the Bank of New Zealand issue is assured. Underwriting of the Bank of New Zealand ia completed. A condition is made for the issue of stock instead of shares.
