Wellington, this day. Two questions given notice of yesterday in connecbion wibh the Harper case are of general interesb throughout the colony. Mr G. W. Russell inbends to ask whether the Governmenb intend to take any steps to bring Leonard Harper before tbe Courts, either criminally or otherwise. This announcement was received with marked applause. Later on in the afternoon Mr J. W. Kelly intimated his intentiou of asking the Governmenb whebher they would legislate during the present session with a view to compel lint* the Onion Bank of Australia to refund all trust monies paid by Harpers to the Bank for bhe purpose of paying off bhe firm's overdraft.
