THE COSTA RICA PACKET CASE.
London, June 24.
The " Sb. James' Gazette " in referring to a report tbat the Dutch Government have refused to compensate Captain Carpenter and the owners and crew of the Sydneyowned vessel, the Costa Rica Packet, for Boizure in Java waters, declares that unless the Imperial Government acts firmly and quickly New South Wales will cause trouble.
