Capetown,* June 19. The Transvaal Courts have ruled that . British subjects resident in the Republic are eligible for military service after two years' .residence. Pretoria, June 19. President Kruger has agreed that Germans, French and Belgians shall not be. liable to military service in the Transvaal.
