The following is bhe Engineer's verbatim reporb on bhe lasb petition received, and I am informed also on former petition :—" The formation would cost hundreds oi pounds. Do not think the Council would be warranted in spending a large sum in formation here;" Mr Jenkins adds bhe rate' payers concerned have paid rabes for 20 to 25 years.
