" A Parent " asks whether ib is necessary to produce the vaccination form from bhe Registrar, to the doctor, as in bhe event of ib being losb for instance ; also, when taking the child, is the father liable to be fined if the child is over any specified age, and supposing a child bo be born in New South Wales or America, and now tesiding here, bow aboub him or her." Answer: 1. A certificate from a doctor will do if the usual vaccination form has been loeb, or aaother paper may be procured from the Registrar. 2. Children can be vaccinated between bhe period from over Biz months and under 14 years of age. 3. Ib ia only children registered as born in New Zealand that are required by law to be vaccinated.
