RISING IN PARAGUAY.
A COUP D'ETAT.
Buenos Ayres, June 11. - News has beon received of a coup d'etat in Paraguay, one of the most promising States in South America, recently made familiar in the colonies by the New Australia settlement. Don Juan Gonzales, who was elected as Presidenb in 1890, and whose term bad not expired, was unseated, and Don Maringo elected President in his stead.
