Admiral Tryon's Will.
During last week probate duty was paid on the New South Wales estate of the late Admiral Sir George Tryon, commander-in-chief of the Australian station 1884-87, who lost his life in the Mediterranean, in the collision between H.M.s.B. Camperdown and Victoria. The gross value of estate is sworn ab £34,794 17s 2d, and theN.S.W. estate is proved ab £2,064. The executors are the Hon. Dame Clementina Charlotte, Lady Tryon, the Right Hon. J. H. Troliope, Lord Kesbeven (testator's cousin); Hussey Packe, of Prestwood, Leicestershire, and John Sladen Wing, of Westminster, London, solicitor. Lady Tryon and Lord Kesteven are appointed guardians of the son. To the wife is left all the plate presenbed bo Admiral Tryon on his return to England from Abyssinia, also a silver vase left to him by the Baroness Willoughby d'Eresby, and he hopes that these valuables will never pass oub ot the family. Lady Tryon also receives all bhe horses and carriages, and stock, etc, together wibh the leasehold properby in Middlesex. All the real and personal esbate to which testator has any title, is lefb to the trustees to pay his debts, and the residue is to be invested in recognised securities. This is left in trust for the purpose of paying an income to Lady Tryon for life, except bhab when the son attains his majority he shall receive £600 a year, payable quarterly. Afber Lady Tryon's death one-third of estate is bo goto the son absolutely and two-thirds to him for life, of which his wife is to receive an interesb for life, and then bho money goes to his heirs. Foiling issue, the residue goes to testator's brother, Richard Tryon, for life. James Borrowman, manager of the Trustees and Executors' Agency Company, Melbourne, is appointed attorney for the executors in Australia.
