During the progress of a limelight entertainment, a jar, of methylated^spirits exploded, severely burning three women in the audience, and a panic was narrowly averted.. During the excitement, a woman threw her baby from the balcony into the body of the hall, bub the child escaped withoub injury. ...^ ■ Tho explosion fired parb of bhe hall, bub the flames were quickly extinguished. The women who were burned wore conveyed to the Hospital.
