London, April 11. Sir Saul Samuel, at the instance of the various Agents-General and Sir T. Mell wraith and Mr R. Reid officially inspected the Imperial Institute. He agrees thab ib mighb be made useful for the colonies, and suggested that English manufacturers should make greater display of their exhibits. The colonies, he thought ought to spend more money on their respective courts.
