Messrs Samuel Cochrane and Son sold this day at their rooms, Qneen-streeti, a block of" land known as Kuaotunu No. 2 B, containing 811 acres, for £565, the purchase being made on accounb of Her Majaaby the Queen. To-day a number of lota situated at "The Pines," Richmond Avenue, wero offered for sale by Mr Richard Arthur ah his mart. Lots 43. and 44 were knocked down to Mrs Davis at 12s per foot.
