Mr Diddams, formerly of Auckland, who has been in the Napier branch of the Bank of New Zealand for a number of years—the last live; as- teller —has been promoted to take charge of the Greytown agency of the Bank. His many friends, while happy to know thab the change means an improvement) in Mr Diddams' position, will regret .his departure from Napier, where his invariable courtesy has made him a general favourite with the customers of the Bank.
