Timaru, this day. The Supreme Court met to-day. There was only one criminal case, thab of Parks charged wibh forgery and uttering a cheque for £4. The accused pleaded euilby. He had a bad record, and was sentenced to two years imprisonment. The Grand Jury made a presentment, asking that future sittings be fixed so as to avoid celling farmers from harvest. Judge Denniston promised consideration. The only civil business, a divorce caße, was adjourned till nexb Bibbing. The whole business was concluded within half-an-hour.
